CAD Analysis & Smart BOM

Automated CAD analysis, 3D visualization, and full version history. Our own OCCT engine reads B-Rep geometry and splits your CAD data into parts and assemblies, then rebuilds the full product structure as a smart BOM, matching components by name and geometry so duplicates never slip in. Vector search on top surfaces similar parts.

Generative Design, LLM, CNN

Generate designs from prompts using the built-in CAD engine and LLM. Manage Aleja like an agent using prompts with MCP server technology. Parts are embedded into a shared geometric space with CNN-based vectorization, so Aleja can surface duplicates, near-matches, and prior work before an engineer redesigns it from scratch. Smart BOM that reads CAD data's source code.

Automation & Integration

The ability to modify hundreds of parts with a single action. Integration into company processes and customization through on-premise deployment. Integration with CAD software and real-time tracking of data changes. A lightweight Local Folder Watcher Agent silently syncs new or changed STEP/IGES files from watched folders straight to the Aleja API.
